An Overview
Project Asbah aims to provide clean drinking water to underprivileged communities which are plagued by the lack of accessibility or affordability for potable drinking water. We provide water at Rs. 4 - Rs. 6 for 20 litres by setting up community water filtration plants in urban slums and rural households.
Water is dispensed through water ATM structures with the help of rechargeable digitised Asbah cards.
Each Asbah plant also generates livelihood opportunities for 2 women entrepreneurs from members of the community who act as the operators of the plant.
Asbah has now been able to set up 18 plants which impact 46,750+ people every single day.

I have been a part of the Asbah family for the last two years. Ever since the plant has been set, people have been getting clean drinking water. They are happy, I am also happy. Working here has increased my income, I get a salary, My family is very happy.
Doing this work gives me pride. Project Asbah should continue setting up many more plants like these and I wish the project reaches great heights.

After 7 years of tremendous hardwork, innumerable ups and downs and countless memories, it is indeed a proud moment for Enactus SRCC to have successfully sustained Asbah.
Project Asbah aims to provide clean drinking water to underprivileged communities which are plagued by the lack of accessibility or affordability for potable drinking water.
Despite the pandemic, we managed to take Asbah to great heights. We proudly present to you, our project’s progress and achievements, over the years.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Proud recipients as young social entrepreneurs of the appreciation by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, the highest authority for the administration of water.
Asbah won the CIsco Employees' Choice Award 2022 and was rewarded 15,000 USD for it!
Project Asbah was adjudged as the Winners of the World Water Race 2019 Impact Competition in Silicon Valley, California amongst 120+ teams from across the globe.
